LISTENER CONFIGURATION

To able to create a database and to able to use it in your localhost you need to create firstly listener which comes with default values. This is step by step configuration of a listener. It is not possible to have a database either local or not without listener. What is listener? We will examine this question later on but here we have how to configure it simply
